​I ask for at least a 5 day notice. Yet, I do understand that last minute parties and such are a fact of life, but please give as much notice as possible. ​


Final pricing for the cake will be determined by the number of servings and the complexity of the design as well as any specialty items and specialty flavors.
Delivery and setup is available for most areas of Pensacola and Surrounding Areas – Inquire today about your location.

You have the option to pick up your cake if the design of the cake allows it. However, ShaCondra's Kake Shop will not be held responsible for any damages to the cake once it has left ShaCondra's Kake Shop.

ALL CUSTOM/ SPECIAL ORDERS REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF $50 OR 50% DOWN OR WHICHEVER IS GREATER TO PLACE ORDER.  ORDERS UNDER $50 MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF ORDER.
DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE!!!​  
Special orders cancelled 48 hours prior to pick-up/delivery will be charged half the total amount due of the order.

WEDDING CAKES​​
​
For Wedding cakes it is advisable to book as early as possible especially if you are getting married in 'Wedding Season' ​​(May - September) as dates fill up quickly.
​
All wedding cakes must be paid in full one month before the wedding. No refunds will be issued the two weeks of wedding.
​
When placing order, if date is less than one month away order must be paid in full when placing order.
​
​​Please make sure you have contacted me before paying a deposit to ensure that I can meet your requirements as some dates book up early.

​​Cake Consultation and Tasting

Call or email to set up a wedding cake tasting today! Sit down with a designer to plan the wedding cake of your dreams while enjoying a sampling of our delicious cake. You can customize a sampler platter with up to 3 choices of cake flavors and 3 choices of fillings. Feel free to bring color swatches, cake photos, or any ideas with you to the consultation to help with the design process. The cost of  the cake tasting is $25. Cake tasting fees must be paid before the tasting.   Please give us at least one to two weeks when scheduling your wedding cake consultation. Maximum of 3 people are allowed to attend the tasting. Cake tasting consultations have a maximum time slot of 1 hour.

Not ready for an official consultation?
Feel free to visit our shoppe during our retail hours to view our extensive portfolios and gallery cakes on display. A salesperson will be on duty to answer any questions that you may have.
We offer a sampler platter for a take-home option as well. The $20 cost includes the four samples of cake and up to four samples of fillings and is prepared for pick up. A great way to have the tasting experience at home with your family!
